Get to Know Kimberlee
As a veteran public school teacher, curriculum designer, teacher trainer, and parent of an incoming Northshore student, I bring deep experience from both the classroom and the district level. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked directly with students and families while also leading school-wide initiatives that support inclusive learning, mental health, and professional development for teachers nation-wide.

My Top 3 Priorities for Northshore
I’m running for school board to ensure that every learner has access to a safe, supportive, and academically rich environment—and that educators have the tools, training, and respect they need to make that vision possible. Together, we can grow a school system that reflects the strengths and needs of our entire Northshore community.

EDUCATION FOR ALL
I will work to ensure that all learners have access to the exceptional resources and opportunities they need to succeed, including equitable access to special education, bilingual programming, arts, technology, and college and career-ready skills.

EMPOWER OUR EDUCATORS
I will ensure educators and support staff have the tools, training, and compensation they need for students to access adequate mental health support, learn in rigorous academic environments that are safe and welcoming.

FUNDING OUR FUTURE
I will tirelessly work to rebuild our financial reserves and close federal funding gaps through sustainable funding at the local and state level, lobbying in Olympia to revise outdated funding models that do not adequately and fully fund our schools.
